Our firm has been established in 1980 in D-Marin Turgutreis Marina, Bodrum, Turkey. Since 27 years our team and experts have been repairing, painting and sanding using mild blasting system using mussel shells. After a successful experiment on fibre, aliminium and wooden vessels we have come across very successful results. We use a mild blasting cleaning system using mussle shells. We clean up to the gel-coat. We can paint new layers. We do not use pasta-polish to clean. We shine, and shaft propellers and also control administration with mild blasting (mussle shell) system. The bottom of the vessel is painted with an airless machine instead of a rolo brush. The propella is done with shaft crome and aliminium, which leaves us with successful results. Stream sand has been banned for use. For this reason our firm has continued experimenting our own production with mussel shells and will continue to do so.
